ZHANG JIAHAO 張家豪
Jhao graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a Bachelor of Architecture and a concentration in Nature-Culture-Sustainability Studies. He is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture (MArch II) at the Yale School of Architecture. Jhao has worked at Atelier FCJZ and 3six0 Architecture.
Jhao’s work explores how architecture can grow from what already exists. His research investigates spatial orders derived from material attributes, site memory, and human occupation. Through making, tectonic experimentation, and typological rewriting, he translates materiality into space, enabling architecture to continuously emerge between existing traces and new forms of use.
